Every tutor goes through Mr Brown's full induction programme — covering mindset coaching, lesson structuring, and how to handle students who've given up on maths.
Choose your availability. Most sessions run evenings and weekends, making it ideal alongside university or a graduate job. You set the hours that work for you.
Tutors earn competitive hourly rates that reflect their training and quality of delivery — not race-to-the-bottom platform pricing. Rates increase as you progress.
